Abstract: In the presented article, based on post-crisis developments, new patterns of formation of labor force and changes in macroeconomic equilibrium are identified. The unequal distribution of factors of production triggers the necessity to establish equilibrium in world economy. This is a subject of mega-economy. Mega-economy is connected with the movement of resources. Among these resources the labor force is playing a key role. In the modern conditions people’s mobility sharply increased which creates prerequisites of new conditions on mega-economic equilibriums of labour force.
