Education as an Instrument of Professional and Social Mobility

Abstract: Potential possibilities of the system of education with the purpose of realization of its functional role are examined in providing of professional and social mobility of young people. Measures are offered on deepening reformations of the educational system, which are related to perfection of preschool education, availability and development of the type teaching and higher education. Preschool education must lean against support of the state, including on indemnification the parents of charges on payment of stay of children in private preschool. Financing of middle school must correspond structural changes in the general system and to be besom attached to the types of schools. Expedience of introduction of corresponding to norm financial instrument is grounded as an increase of availability to high-quality educational services.
Expansion of availability of higher professional education is related to the grant of educational credits. In the article on the basis of application of statistical tool analysed dynamics and social pattern of solvent demand of population on services of higher school. On the basis of the got information to differentiate going is offered near credit support of students.
