Interethnic Relations in the Student Environment

Abstract: One way of overcoming the demographic crisis is an immigration policy, aimed at attracting migrants.
These measures will help slow down aging nation. However, there is a flip side – raising
tensions in society and change the mentality of the population. Therefore, we have conducted
research to determine the status and dynamics of interethnic relations in the Ukrainian society.
Basic, in this researching is to examine the attitudes of young people to representatives of
developing countries and permanently residing in Ukraine. In the article are presented results
of the study state and dynamics of interpersonal relationships in the Ukrainian society. It was
compare the attitudes of young people in Kiev to foreign students and foreigners who live in
Kiev. Investigate the awareness of students in what the ethnic relations in their university. It was
analyzed the ratio of students to the representatives of various nations, as well as how they relate
to inter-ethnic marriages. It was outlines the key factors that are the founders of the formation of
attitudes towards foreigners. Students were asked to identify key areas of work or ways to keep,
to improve international relations.
