Forming of the modern system of professional safety and protection of labour in Ukraine

Abstract: Increase of problems of preservation and development of labor potential in the conditions of economic and demographic crisis in Ukraine demands creation of effective mechanisms of maintenance of safe and harmless working conditions. In the country legislative bases for maintenance of functioning of model which unites the state and contractual regulation in sphere of conditions and labor safeties are generated. At the same time, questions of the complex approach to formation of conceptual, legal and scientifically-methodical maintenance of national strategy of professional safety remain not developed. Therefore the purpose of the given work is the formulation of conceptual bases and definition of the basic strategic priorities of modern model of maintenance of professional safety and a labor safety in Ukraine. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern problems of formation of model of maintenance of professional safety and labor safety in Ukraine. The most important tendencies and priorities on perfection of mechanisms of management by a labor safety for maintenance of professional safety and appropriate working conditions are defined.
