СТАНОВЛЕННЯ ДЕМОКРАТІЇ
ЯК ОСНОВА ДЛЯ РОЗВИТКУ ПУБЛІЧНО-ПРИВАТНОГО ПАРТНЕРСТВА

Анотація: У статті показано, що демократія виникає за наявності незалежних від держави
інформаційних, економічних і політичних структур, публічно-приватного партнерства.
Розглянуто погляди відомих зарубіжних учених на перспективи суспільного розвитку.
Стверджується, що справжня демократія може прийти з новими поколіннями, з появою
інформаційної еліти, оскільки виникне потреба в креативному класі.
Ключові слова: демократія, цінності, інформація, публічно-приватне партнерство,
ментальність, революція, еліта, прогноз.
