Анотація: У статті розглянуто передумови виникнення, визначення та сутнісні характеристики циркулярної міграції як типу переміщень і як політичної моделі. Зроблено висновок про перспективність її використання для регулювання трудової міграції громадян України за кордон.
Ключові слова: циркулярна міграція, міграційний менеджмент, міграційна політика.
