Abstract: The given article is devoted to a problem of propagation of use by employers of unconventional forms of employment, as well as an indispensability of development of norms and mechanisms of regulation of the given processes. In article backgrounds the main negative consequences of use of unconventional forms of employment and the offers of their overcoming. Except for that the author exams features of extra work at the Ukraine business, as well as world experience of regulation of unconventional forms of employment. In a context of development of regulation mechanisms of sociolabor terms at use of unconventional forms of employment author of the article give recommendations in the form of legislative and collectively-contractual solution of this problem. Primary objective of studying of the given problematics is maintenance of protection of the labour and social rights of workers which are borrowed behind unconventional forms of employment.
